Summary

The Volunteer Engagement Coordinator is primarily responsible for recruiting and retaining volunteers by actively engaging in community events, fairs, and targeted recruiting efforts by engaging volunteers about volunteer opportunities to raise awareness about senior hunger and VNA services.  Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, providing on-site assistance for volunteers, engaging new volunteers, and assisting in the development of new and ongoing volunteer appreciation events.

This is a full-time Exempt (hybrid) position requiring flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed for meetings and projects.
