Responsibilities:
- Educate, guide, support, and strive to form strong relationships with Gestational Carriers and Intended Parents on their surrogacy journey.
- Connect via phone, email, text, and video conferencing to build a connection with the team, Gestational Carriers, Intended Parents, nurses, and other professionals.
- Proactively coordinate medical screening appointments for Gestational Carrier and thoroughly educate her on the details of the IVF and surrogacy process.
- Effectively coordinate and assist with the establishment of all medical, legal, travel, and financial aspects of the surrogacy journey.
- Assist in obtaining health, life, and disability insurance for Gestational Carrier, if needed.
- Assist in networking and recruiting optimal Gestational Carrier candidates through engagement on social media.
- Available after hours for emergencies and encouragement for big moments throughout the surrogacy journey.
- Effectively follow and document all client happenings within our internal process management system.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the field of surrogacy or third-party reproduction or prior experience as a surrogate or built family via IVF/Surrogacy.
- Social work or other case management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in social work, business management, nursing, or similar field.
