A Journey Coordination Liaison at Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions provides administrative support that enables coordinators to work efficiently and focus on client care. This key role focuses on organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to maintain clarity, streamline client coordination, and support high-quality client experiences. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Travel Logistics
Arrange flights, hotels, and travel itineraries for egg donors and gestational carriers, including managing last-minute changes.

Provide Administrative Support for Donor and Surrogacy Journeys
Assist coordinators with administrative tasks that keep cycles and journeys moving forward efficiently.

Manage Medical Records and Documentation
Request, review, and organize medical records, psychological evaluations, and genetic consultations to ensure files are complete and properly documented.

Coordinate Monitoring Clinics
Identify and coordinate monitoring clinics for donors and surrogates, including scheduling and maintaining clinic contact information.

Track Expenses and Process Invoices
Save receipts, review invoices for accuracy, and upload documentation to the appropriate financial systems.

Prepare and Organize Journey Documentation
Assist with preparing donor agreements, birth plans, and other key journey documents.

Support Client Experience
Assist with donor gifts, community initiatives, and special requests to help ensure a positive experience for clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience is an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar administrative support functions.
- Experience in the field of surrogacy, egg donation, or third-party reproduction or prior experience as an egg donor or surrogate or built family via IVF/Surrogacy.
- Bachelor's degree or higher

*This is ideally a HYBRID position in Frisco, Texas (Coit and Westridge) requiring a team member to be in office two days a week 8:30am-3pm.
*If hiring as a remote team member, travel requirements 4-6 times a year for 1-3 days and twice a year (4 days) for our Annual Company Retreat (spring) and Client Celebration(July).
* This is a full time (8 hour a day) professional role that requires a quiet and distraction free work space. It is not compatible with multitasking childcare.
*Regardless if hired as HYBRID or REMOTE, in office and training requirements will be required. Each team member can expect a minimum of 3 weeks of in-office training.
