Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Insurance Coverage for Donor and Surrogacy Journeys
Manage the implementation of required insurance policies for egg donor cycles and surrogacy journeys, ensuring accurate enrollment and timely coverage.

Review and Track Insurance Options
Stay informed on available insurance policies and work with brokers to review coverage options for gestational carriers and intended parents.

Maintain Insurance Documentation and Records
Organize and maintain policy documents, coverage confirmations, and related records to ensure transparency and compliance with agency processes.

Manage Insurance Claims and Follow-Up
Coordinate the submission and tracking of insurance claims, gather required documentation, and communicate updates to clients and team members.

Support Billing and Payment Coordination
Assist with insurance premium payments, claim-related payments, and billing questions in coordination with escrow and internal team members.
- Monitor Policy Renewals and Open Enrollment
Track renewal timelines and open enrollment periods to help ensure continuous insurance coverage for active journeys.

Provide Team Support and Process Improvement
Serve as a resource to coordinators on insurance-related processes and help improve workflows to ensure a smooth client experience.

*This is ideally a HYBRID position in Frisco, Texas (Coit and Westridge) requiring a team member to be in office two days a week 8:30am-3pm.
*If hiring as a remote team member, travel requirements 4-6 times a year for 1-3 days and twice a year (4 days) for our Annual Company Retreat (spring) and Client Celebration(July).
* This is a full time (8 hour a day) professional role that requires a quiet and distraction free work space. It is not compatible with multitasking childcare.
*Regardless if hired as HYBRID or REMOTE, in office and training requirements will be required. Each team member can expect a minimum of 3 weeks of in-office training.
