Minimum Qualifications:
- High degree of professionalism required at all times.
- Must be able to work with frequent disruptions and maintain emotional control under stress.
- Experience in managing multiple clients and tasks and have the ability to prioritize.

- Ability to work remotely from home where from 8:00 am-5:00 pm the work environment is free of distractions, including children, to live out our WE SERVE values to clients and team members.
*Note: Prolonged use of computer required for this position.
Two weeks of in-person training with travel is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the field of surrogacy or third-party reproduction or prior experience as a surrogate or built family via IVF/Surrogacy.
- Social work or other case management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in social work, business management, nursing, or similar field.
