KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Grow the Egg Donor Program by converting leads to applications: Build positive, personal relationships with prospective and active egg donors.
-Review and process Egg Donor applications: Assess qualifications and guide applicants through each stage of the application process.
-Maintain and accurate Egg Donor Database: Consistent follow up and relationship building
-Lead through education & basic screening: Facilitate donor interviews (virtually), testing, and outstanding profile requirements to ensure timely progress through the donor process.

*Most of our team members are REMOTE, and travel requirements are 4-6 times a year for 1-3 days and twice a year (4 days) for our Annual Company Retreat (spring) and Client Celebration(July).
*We love adding new HYBRID team members in DFW, who can come into the office 1 or 2 days a week.
* This is a full time (8 hour a day) professional role that requires a quiet and distraction free work space. It is not compatible with multitasking childcare. Some nights and weekends will be required to meet the needs of our clients and most of our team flex their days to accommodate.
*Regardless if hired as HYBRID or REMOTE, in office and training requirements will be required. Each team member can expect a minimum of 3 weeks of in-office training.
