Description
The Director of Client HR Services is responsible for the oversight and delivery of company’s human capital risk management programs to its national client base.
Primary Responsibilities
- Client Engagement – Interfacing directly with company’s clients, leading the onboarding and ongoing administration of client risk management programs.
- Operations Management - Oversee Claims Administration, Audit and Reporting and ongoing administration of required systems and tools
- Staff Supervision – Provide ongoing leadership to internal administrative team
Skills & Abilities
- 5+ years of direct Human Resources experience or equivalent
- Demonstrated success with Employee Relations, Client Relations, Risk Management, Claims Administration and Unemployment preferred
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree, Master preferred
